Summit Systems is an individualized fitness center and remote coaching service. Our coaches work with you one-on-one to offer a strong support system throughout your fitness journey, focusing on exercise, nourishment, goal setting, and consultation.

We view each individual as unique. From your lifestyle to your goals, no one person is the same - so your fitness program shouldn’t be a one-size-fits-all solution. We work with you to create a fitness plan that will lead you to your individual success.

You’ve heard it a million times, eating healthy is a lifestyle. Your diet contributes to your consumption of nutrients, recovery, and overall wellness. We work with our clients to educate them on the broad spectrum of lifestyle guidelines that are vital to getting the most out of their nutrition and to living a larger life.
COMMUNITY
Personal training often lacks the social aspect of group fitness. At Summit Systems, we are able to blend the best of both worlds, fostering a group of supportive and like minded individuals. Just because you are following your own individualized program does not mean you are alone. Your floor coach is there to support you and create a community environment.

When it comes to building a healthy lifestyle, we understand what it takes to create a fitness and nourishment program that will help you reach your optimal health. We view fitness as a medium for you to achieve your highest goals, inside and outside of the gym. As coaches, we work with clients one-on-one to empower them for a lifetime of progress in all aspects of their lives.

Consultation

During your consultation, we will discuss with you your fitness goals, setbacks, history, limitations, and personal lifestyle. We will work with you to create structured goals that will help you succeed throughout your performance journey.
Assessment
Individualized approach
During your assessment, you will learn about what level of fitness you are at in the categories of body, movement, and work. The assessment allows our coaches to meet you where you are at and create a customized program for YOU.
Programming

Our highly experienced coaches will create an individualized fitness and nutrition plan based on your consultation and assessment. As you work through your program, we will discuss your performance and make necessary changes based on your changing goals, abilities, and lifestyle.
